Job description

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, roadmap and full P&L ownership (pricing, packages, budget, OKRs, margin control)
  • Lead growth & monetization: subscription conversion, upsell (minute bundles/telephony/video), virtual gifts, pricing experiments and funnel optimization
  • Improve retention & quality: churn reduction, favorite companion mechanics, context handover, NPS/CSAT programs
  • Build and scale supply/operations: recruit/train companions (Companion Academy), scheduling, workforce management, SLA, QA/audit
  • Own Trust & Safety: content policies, real-time and post-moderation, incident handling and appeals
  • Design and roll out AI-hybrid roadmap (assistant → hybrid → AI-tier) to optimize COGS while preserving brand trust
  • Prepare and execute risk & crisis communications (PR, platform interactions, regulatory narratives)
  • Hire, develop and lead a data-driven product team; establish culture of accountability and measurable outcomes

  • Proven record scaling 1k–10k+ providers (contact centers/gig marketplaces)
  • Hands-on implementation of AI-hybrid assistants in consumer-facing products
  • Familiarity passing App Store / Google Play content and policy requirements
  • Prior ownership of subscription funnels and long-term retention programs

This role leads a new Virtual Intimacy product from scratch with cross-functional teams, operating remotely with global stakeholders.
