Head of Recruitment/Human Capital Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment at BCI
• Improve the recruitment function at BCI
• Liaise with BCI head of divisions and members regarding Human Capital/Recruitment policies
• Manage the application of GDPR compliance
• Oversee the recruitment team and BCI HR Operations

Requirements

• Proven ability in human resource management
• Experience in building constructive relationships with stakeholders
• Experience working independently and with teams
• Previous or ongoing experience in Human Capital management
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software
• Knowledge of climate change, climate finance, or blockchain technology preferred
