Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the Restaurants & New Verticals (NV) marketing strategy across the UAE and wider Middle East (restaurants, grocery, retail partners).
  • Build annual promotional programs and co-marketing plans with partners to drive customer and order growth.
  • Design experiments, measurement frameworks and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and scale successful initiatives.
  • Lead stakeholder management with commercial teams, product, global marketing counterparts, agencies and external partners.
  • Drive partner-facing marketing proposals and Joint Business Plans; act as the voice of partners within Deliveroo.
  • Manage, develop and grow a high-performing regional marketing team; set objectives, priorities and execution standards.
  • Deliver marketing innovation and visibility initiatives across physical and digital channels.
