Responsibilities

  • Conduct and close high-level sales calls
  • Manage and execute consistent follow-up processes
  • Onboard and train new closers to ensure team success
  • Lead regular sales meetings and team syncs
  • Take full responsibility for the sales team's revenue projections
  • Make strategic decisions based on sales data and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing at least €1M in the B2C market
  • Current monthly earnings of at least €10k
  • Experience as a high-performing B2C closer looking to transition into leadership
