Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing direct sales team
  • Set KPIs, coach on performance, and foster a results-driven culture
  • Manage and grow major client relationships at senior decision-maker level
  • Develop tailored proposals and close high-value advertising campaigns
  • Review sales pipelines, forecasts, and overall revenue performance
  • Identify opportunities across various sectors: FMCG, Hospitality, Finance, Auto, Luxury, and more
  • Align closely with marketing on lead-generation, case studies, and campaign materials

Requirements

  • Experience in media or advertising sales
  • Leadership or team management experience required
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and act on insights
  • Proven ability to win new business through structured outreach and networking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proactive, strategic, and comfortable balancing leadership with personal sales delivery
