Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing direct sales team
- Set KPIs, coach on performance, and foster a results-driven culture
- Manage and grow major client relationships at senior decision-maker level
- Develop tailored proposals and close high-value advertising campaigns
- Review sales pipelines, forecasts, and overall revenue performance
- Identify opportunities across various sectors: FMCG, Hospitality, Finance, Auto, Luxury, and more
- Align closely with marketing on lead-generation, case studies, and campaign materials
Requirements
- Experience in media or advertising sales
- Leadership or team management experience required
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and act on insights
- Proven ability to win new business through structured outreach and networking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proactive, strategic, and comfortable balancing leadership with personal sales delivery
