As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a sales team to drive revenue growth across multiple regions globally - with a primary focus on Americas, EMEA and Australia. You will define our sales strategy, manage a team of ambitious and high-performing account executives, and work closely with leadership to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, customer success, and product. You will be reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer and be part of the wider leadership team of Easygenerator.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Easygenerator’s global sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a team of team leads and account executives across regions.
  • Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting.
  • Develop playbooks and best practices to strengthen the entire sales cycle and bring win rates up.
  • Participate in strategic prospect meetings and guide account executives on overcoming prospect's indecision.
  • Partner with the Head of Business Development to ensure the quality of inbound and outbound channels.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Customer Officer for a seamless customer journey post-close.
  • Represent Easygenerator at industry events and act as a thought leader in learning technology.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven SaaS sales experience with a track record of building/scaling global sales teams in high-growth settings.
  • Background in consultative, solution-based enterprise selling & high-velocity sales environments.
  • Approachable, ego-free leadership style encouraging teamwork and open communication.
  • Role model for accountability, inspiring responsibility in team decisions and actions.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
