About the Company

Electrify is a dynamic digital media company that invests in and scales creators with an established YouTube presence. The Rundown, one of our leading portfolio channels, is the world’s largest AI community, informing millions of people daily through newsletters, social media, and AI University.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the sales team, including hiring additional salespeople as needed
  • Own the annual revenue forecast and manage CRM implementation and pipeline hygiene
  • Rebuild packaging and pricing, including rate cards for newsletters, podcasts, and social media
  • Close strategic multi-product deals and handle large enterprise accounts personally
  • Lead strategic partnerships for perks, co-marketing, and cross-portfolio opportunities
  • Run weekly sales syncs and report progress toward KPIs to the CEO

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience scaling a sales organization in media, newsletter, podcast, or creator businesses
  • Experience managing reps and closing $100K+ deals
  • Deep understanding of ad-supported media economics (CPMs, sell-through, inventory management)
  • Ability to act as a strategic closer for CMO-level conversations
  • Systems-oriented mindset with experience implementing and using CRMs
  • Entrepreneurial builder mindset capable of growing a team from 1 to 5 members
