About the Company

Immunefi is the world’s leading crowdsourced security platform for the digital economy. We protect over $180 billion in onchain assets by connecting the most skilled ethical hackers on the planet with the protocols that need them.

Responsibilities

  • Run the full sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Manage renewals, expansion, and net-new logos across the existing Web3 book
  • Test, validate, and close the first enterprise accounts beyond the crypto sector
  • Build sales infrastructure including CRM, pipeline processes, and outreach systems from scratch
  • Develop AI-native workflows for lead generation and deal tracking
  • Translate buyer signals and market needs back to Product and leadership

Requirements

  • Proven track record as an elite individual contributor in sales
  • Experience building a sales function or outbound motion from zero
  • History of carrying an individual quota
  • Ability to build and operate AI-assisted sales workflows
  • Strong ability to frame risk and close on high-stakes consequences
  • Must overlap at least 4 hours with US/EU business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to security or Web3 domains
  • Experience selling into fintech or financial services
