Responsibilities
- Run the full sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Manage renewals, expansion, and net-new logos across the existing Web3 book
- Test, validate, and close the first enterprise accounts beyond the crypto sector
- Build sales infrastructure including CRM, pipeline processes, and outreach systems from scratch
- Develop AI-native workflows for lead generation and deal tracking
- Translate buyer signals and market needs back to Product and leadership
Requirements
- Proven track record as an elite individual contributor in sales
- Experience building a sales function or outbound motion from zero
- History of carrying an individual quota
- Ability to build and operate AI-assisted sales workflows
- Strong ability to frame risk and close on high-stakes consequences
- Must overlap at least 4 hours with US/EU business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to security or Web3 domains
- Experience selling into fintech or financial services
