Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Sully.ai's Dubai & GCC sales strategy.
  • Own and exceed revenue targets across enterprise healthcare accounts.
  • Build, train, and scale a high-performing regional sales team.
  • Develop repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and metrics.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Partnerships to expand accounts.
  • Forge strong relationships with healthcare providers, regulators, and strategic partners.
  • Drive new business pipeline, close strategic deals, and hit aggressive revenue targets.
  • Hire, mentor, and motivate A-level sales talent.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities, refine positioning, and localize the sales motion.
  • Build trusted C-level relationships with providers, payors, and regulators.
  • Establish clear KPIs, forecasting rigor, and operational discipline.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise sales leadership in B2B SaaS or AI businesses.
  • Extensive experience selling to healthcare or highly regulated industries.
  • Proven history of beating quota and building teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; UAE/MENA market expertise.
  • Ability to build and adapt playbooks and strategies from scratch.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record of scaling $1M+ ARR in under 12 months.
  • Previous founder or function founder experience.
  • Strong systems-thinking and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Excitement for technical and complex customer problems.
  • Self-driven and able to hire, train, and scale high-performing teams.
