About the Company
QCP is Asia's leading digital asset partner, empowering clients to seamlessly integrate digital assets into their portfolios. Since our founding in 2017, we have successfully navigated three market cycles, bridging institutional and crypto ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new institutional and high-net-worth clients in the Middle East
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by providing tailored solutions relating to spot trading, options, and structured products
- Lead client meetings and conduct presentations
- Gather market and client feedback to support the development of new product offerings
- Drive the expansion of the client footprint and conduct comprehensive user-mapping
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute growth initiatives
- Provide insights into target client segments and competitor offerings
- Mentor junior team members by sharing product expertise
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant financial markets experience in sales and trading, wealth management, or payments
- Native-speaker or fluent in Arabic is mandatory
- Proven track record in sales and building strong client relationships
- Strong communicator and strategic thinker
- Prior experience in the digital assets space is a plus
