Job description
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, train, and scale a high-performing international sales team to drive predictable revenue growth
- Develop and lead sales strategies to promote ad monetization, user acquisition, and publishing services to global studios
- Own and exceed business goals and sales quotas by closing high-impact deals with mobile game developers
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast revenue, and utilize CRM data to drive continuous sales improvement
- Represent the company at key industry events to strengthen relationships and expand our global footprint
Requirements
- Extensive experience in B2B sales, preferably within the mobile gaming or SaaS space
- Proven leadership experience in hiring, managing, and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem, including monetization, user acquisition, and publishing models
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and deal-closing abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track performance and optimize pipelines
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets through strategic outbound efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or selling to PC/Steam game developers
- Understanding of marketing strategies and brand positioning
- Experience working with distributed teams across different locations, cultures, and time zones
