Responsibilities
- Drive user acquisition in the UAE travel market with a performance-led approach
- Build and execute paid channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) to meet CAC and ROI targets
- Develop and lead SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and visibility
- Design and run influencer and social growth initiatives
- Establish marketing analytics: tracking, dashboards and attribution
- Recruit, manage and mentor a small marketing team (and external agencies/partners)
- Align marketing with founders and product teams; prepare GTM and localization for international expansion
