Head of SEO / SEO Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive user acquisition in the UAE travel market with a performance-led approach
• Build and execute paid channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) to meet CAC and ROI targets
• Develop and lead SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and visibility
• Design and run influencer and social growth initiatives
• Establish marketing analytics: tracking, dashboards and attribution
• Recruit, manage and mentor a small marketing team (and external agencies/partners)
• Align marketing with founders and product teams; prepare GTM and localization for international expansion
