Job description
Responsibilities
- Actively identify and engage pharmaceutical companies to build strategic partnerships for oncology product lines
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive business growth
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events
- Collaborate with R&D, Clinical, and AI teams to identify and validate new product opportunities
- Act as the primary advocate for pharmaceutical customers to translate needs into product insights
- Partner with internal teams to co-develop solutions for unmet needs in oncology diagnostics
- Work with Clinical and R&D teams to ensure technical feasibility and execution
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure and finalize deal terms
- Maintain a feedback loop with internal stakeholders to iterate on product concepts
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or related roles in precision diagnostics or life sciences
- Proven track record of closing complex deals with pharmaceutical companies
- Strong understanding of oncology diagnostics and liquid biopsy technologies
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking abilities
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
