Job description

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and engage pharmaceutical companies to build strategic partnerships for oncology product lines
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive business growth
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events
  • Collaborate with R&D, Clinical, and AI teams to identify and validate new product opportunities
  • Act as the primary advocate for pharmaceutical customers to translate needs into product insights
  • Partner with internal teams to co-develop solutions for unmet needs in oncology diagnostics
  • Work with Clinical and R&D teams to ensure technical feasibility and execution
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure and finalize deal terms
  • Maintain a feedback loop with internal stakeholders to iterate on product concepts

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or related roles in precision diagnostics or life sciences
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals with pharmaceutical companies
  • Strong understanding of oncology diagnostics and liquid biopsy technologies
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking abilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
