Head of Turnkey Solution

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L of the Turnkey Business Unit, driving revenue growth and margin profitability
• Define and execute a competitive strategic vision for the turnkey offering
• Validate product innovation across PAM, Payments, and CRM components
• Scale operational processes to support high-load traffic
• Build and mentor a multi-functional leadership team across Product, Operations, and Partnerships
• Partner with Sales on high-level commercial negotiations

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior iGaming leadership experience with explicit P&L ownership
• Experience managing large, cross-functional teams of 100+ employees
• Deep technical knowledge of iGaming platform stacks (PAM, CRM, Payments, Bonus engines)
• Strong data-driven decision-making and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel to Cyprus for business

Preferred Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial background or experience scaling products in high-growth environments
• Strong connections within the global iGaming content provider and aggregation ecosystem
