Evergreen Nephrology partners with nephrologists to transform kidney care through a value-based, person-centered, holistic, and comprehensive approach. We aim to improve patient outcomes and quality of life by delaying disease progression and accelerating kidney transplants.

Responsibilities

• Partner with analysts to evaluate data needs and define analytical approaches
• Contribute to analyses that inform operational and clinical decision-making
• Query, wrangle, and analyze complex datasets including claims, clinical, and member data using relational databases
• Support the development of descriptive, classification, and predictive algorithms
• Support ongoing team efforts and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant analytical experience
• Proficiency with SQL and Python
• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite
• Ability to maintain a dedicated, interruption-free workspace for HIPAA compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
