Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary architect and SME for Metabase, developing and maintaining complex dashboards to track KPIs.
• Analyze and interpret specialized healthcare data, focusing on clinical and financial reporting such as claims data and therapist utilization.
• Act as the technical Data SME during sales cycles for the Prompt BI platform, conducting technical demos and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Support enterprise and mid-market clients by providing expert-level guidance and tailored reporting solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Data or BI Analyst within the healthcare software industry.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation.
• Deep fluency in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and healthcare regulations like HIPAA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, or Statistics.
• Expert-level proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing or pre-sales environment.
