Job description

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain job postings through an Applicant Tracking System and job boards like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
  • Source and recruit Healthcare Providers, Registered Nurses, and administrative staff
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and review resumes for qualifications
  • Schedule interviews and act as a liaison between management and applicants
  • Create and send personalized hire offers to selected candidates
  • Provide weekly updates on the recruitment pipeline
  • Attend team meetings to develop and implement new recruitment strategies

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in email, phone, and text messaging communication
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office
  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to maintain and update data in multiple electronic databases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high-volume recruiting
