Healthcare Solutions Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Account Manager to lead discovery with healthcare vertical builders and identify value opportunities.
• Design solution paths for new customer segments, translating needs into structured offerings including feasibility, packaging, and delivery.
• Define the product-market fit for this segment by determining which offerings are repeatable versus bespoke.
• Build the operational playbook for the segment, including discovery processes, scoping frameworks, and execution models.
• Manage end-to-end execution across multiple concurrent projects, overseeing intake, communication, and timelines.
• Coordinate with Data Lab, Product, and Engineering teams to assess feasibility and shape fit-for-purpose datasets.
• Oversee the QA and delivery of complex healthcare datasets such as EHR, claims, imaging, and unstructured clinical text.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer-facing solutions, technical GTM, or a 0→1 role managing complex technical engagements.
• Deep familiarity with healthcare data modalities, including EHR, claims, imaging, pathology, and unstructured text.
• Strong analytical and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams with rigor.
• Knowledge of healthcare privacy, de-identification, tokenization, and compliance workflows.
• Experience working with healthcare AI/ML products, enterprise data platforms, or complex technical environments.
• An entrepreneurial, builder-minded approach with the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
