About the Company
TeleMed2U is a leading technology-enabled healthcare services company dedicated to increasing access to care across 20 medical and behavioral health specialties nationwide through high-quality virtual healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage liver conditions including fatty liver disease, Hepatitis B & C, cirrhosis, and autoimmune liver disease
- Provide longitudinal care via a telehealth platform
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Document all patient encounters accurately within the EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology with a Hepatology focus
- Experience or interest in APP supervision
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Ability to provide care in a telehealth environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted medical license in New Mexico (NM)
