About the Company

Think Academy US, a subsidiary of TAL Education Group, is an education technology company providing K-12 extra-curricular learning services. We use innovative teaching techniques to foster critical thinking and logic skills in students through science and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one online math lessons for high school students across North America
  • Teach subjects including Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, and SAT Math topics aligned with CCSS
  • Prepare and customize lesson content based on individual student needs
  • Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support student improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Math or Education
  • Prior math teaching experience in middle or high school preferred
  • Familiarity with Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, and Geometry curriculum
  • Availability to work weekday evenings and weekends in US time zones
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
