Hindi Transcriber

Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe a variety of Hindi audio files in accordance with client-specific conventions
• Maintain a thorough understanding of project guidelines and update knowledge as changes occur
• Produce high-quality, timely work for all assigned transcription projects
• Identify and report technical issues or transcription concerns to the manager
• Reference and apply current training materials and documentation as needed

Requirements

• Native-level (C2) proficiency in Hindi, including the ability to read and write
• Excellent grammar, orthography, and punctuation in Hindi
• Must be an international freelancer (U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, or U.S. residents are not eligible)
• An existing Upwork profile, or the willingness to create one for payment purposes
• High-speed internet access and a personal computer
• Ability to pass a transcription assessment
