Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates, addressing barriers and guiding them through hiring milestones
  • Monitor and manage candidate progression through various systems to ensure efficient movement through the funnel
  • Review submitted documents and conduct state-regulated compliance checks for each candidate
  • Proactively re-engage candidates and utilize strategies to increase hiring in high-need markets
  • Manage voicemails, tickets, and emails from Care Pros needing assistance
  • Participate in ongoing pilots and experiments to improve hiring outcomes

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, sales, or customer support
  • Experience managing a high volume of candidates or clients
  • Strong experience building rapport via phone, text, email, and virtual interactions
  • Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail for compliance and documentation review
  • Strong technical aptitude with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools
  • Ability to work a Friday - Tuesday schedule (including weekends)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in home care, caregiving, or regulated industries requiring compliance documentation
