Job description

Responsibilities

  • Educate homeowners about Splitero's Home Equity Investment and how it differs from traditional financing
  • Respond to homeowner questions and provide accurate information regarding terms and needs
  • Manage a pipeline of multiple homeowners from initial inquiry through to closing
  • Collaborate with Processors and team members to support overall company goals
  • Utilize a tech stack to track homeowner statuses, interactions, and data
  • Ensure all transactions align with company policies and mortgage industry best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage or real estate sales
  • Active NMLS license
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Experience managing an inbound sales pipeline
  • Ability to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
  • Strong communication, active listening, and empathy skills
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation
