Job description

Responsibilities

  • Translate official documents and correspondence accurately between Arabic and English
  • Coordinate and obtain required signatures for Powers of Attorney (POA)
  • Manage the collection and delivery of company assets and documents to banks and government entities
  • Liaise with government organizations to stay updated on visa regulations and labor laws
  • Follow up with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) regarding employee visa updates and invoices
  • Handle incoming calls in Arabic and respond professionally
  • Support relocation efforts by negotiating quotations for hotels and apartments
  • Coordinate with clients to obtain security clearances for consultants
  • Assist in updating internal presentations, records, and the supplier registration portal

Requirements

  • Must be a UAE National
  • Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and professional in communication
