Job description

Responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle & Operations:

    • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and off-boarding.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for employment queries and advise on UAE labour law.
    • Administer employee benefits (e.g., medical or life insurance), liaising with brokers.
    • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (HiBob).
  • Compliance & Visa Management:

    • Manage end-to-end visa application and renewal processes (via AXS), maintaining expiry records.
  • Payroll & Reporting:

    • Prepare monthly payroll data for external payroll provider.
    • Ensure payslip accuracy and prepare bank files for salary payments.
    • Create payroll summaries for HR operations and finance teams.
  • Global Support:

    • Assist the global HR team with company projects.
    • Support internal/external audits and global HR requests.

Requirements

  • Natural organizer with attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of Middle East employment laws
  • Experience managing employee registrations and work visa processing (local and expatriate)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven integrity and discretion with sensitive information
  • Proficient in Excel and data reporting
  • 2+ years of HR administration and advisory experience (including 1+ year in UAE)
  • Adaptable and positive in a global, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Fintech, technology, services, or related sectors
  • Experience with HRIS (HiBob) and AXS visa system
  • Prior experience managing benefits and payroll
