HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with your function to offer HR solutions and ensure policies align with business goals.
• Provide strategic expertise in organization development, compensation & benefits, performance, and talent development.
• Offer performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting objective investigations.
• Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
• Consult and advise, driving improvements within partnered teams.
• Guide department structure, workforce planning, and succession planning for rapid growth.

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience across multiple HR disciplines (performance management, culture building, employee relations, engagement, diversity).
• Strong professionalism and stakeholder management with senior team members.
• Knowledge of employment law across multiple European countries.
• Working knowledge of HR operations (onboarding, performance evaluation, data management, workload balancing).
• Strong logical communication skills and strategic, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
• Experience working with large departments is a plus.
