Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative processes across the full employee lifecycle
  • Coordinate and manage global onboarding for new hires
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems in a timely and confidential manner
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee HR-related questions
  • Support HR compliance and documentation requirements across the US, India, and the Philippines
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR workflows using AI tools

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in HR coordination or operations
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. and international HR compliance requirements
  • Hands-on exposure to employment laws in the U.S., India, and the Philippines
  • Experience using HRIS systems (HiBob experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude to automate processes
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours
