Responsibilities

• Own employment compliance across local entities, EOR markets, and freelance engagements
• Oversee accurate and on-time payroll and benefits administration across all entities
• Manage EOR service quality, costs, onboarding, and offboarding
• Steer recruiting operations including planning, offers, and contracts across multiple countries
• Maintain audit-ready HR and payroll processes

Requirements

• Experience running HR operations end-to-end at an early-stage, VC-backed startup
• Experience with EOR management
• Fluent German language skills
• Working knowledge of German and Swiss labor law
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-national, remote environment
• Strong ability to structure processes in ambiguous settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reporting to a Head of People or C-level executive
• Proven track record of managing multi-country hiring processes

Benefits

• Base salary between €75,000 and €105,000 gross per year
