HR FIU Cases Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Analyze and investigate customer and transactional data to identify suspicious activity
• File SARs and CTRs with regulatory agencies for escalated activity
• Maintain service levels and workload in accordance with compliance standards
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries
• Maintain production, quality, and leadership standards for assigned workstreams

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of related experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-sufficient and well-organized
