Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key HR point of contact providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle
  • Partner with managers to lead and embed robust Performance Management practices
  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching to managers to help them grow as people leaders
  • Participate in the hiring process by assessing cultural fit and alignment with values
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify development needs
  • Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Contribute to HR analytics by collecting and interpreting data to inform workforce strategy
  • Assist recruiters throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR generalist or HR People Partner
  • Proven experience supporting teams, ideally within a multicultural environment
  • Solid understanding of employee evaluation methods and performance management tools
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment
