Job description
Responsibilities
- Act as a key HR point of contact providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle
- Partner with managers to lead and embed robust Performance Management practices
- Provide strategic guidance and coaching to managers to help them grow as people leaders
- Participate in the hiring process by assessing cultural fit and alignment with values
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify development needs
- Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement
- Contribute to HR analytics by collecting and interpreting data to inform workforce strategy
- Assist recruiters throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR generalist or HR People Partner
- Proven experience supporting teams, ideally within a multicultural environment
- Solid understanding of employee evaluation methods and performance management tools
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment
