Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process
- Support business needs through the development, engagement, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plans and benefits programs
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs
- Provide decision support to management through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout all human resource management processes
Requirements
- Proven working experience as an HR manager or HR executive
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and data
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to architect strategy and demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels
