Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations in a high-growth fintech environment
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, retention & employee engagement strategies
• Partner with leadership on people strategy, organizational design, and performance management
• Ensure UAE labour law compliance and HR best practices are embedded across the business
• Foster a dynamic, inclusive culture that supports innovation and high performance

Requirements

• 6+ years HR experience, with UAE HR experience required
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR frameworks
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-moving tech environment
• Experience in fintech, digital assets or capital markets is a significant advantage

Preferred Qualifications
