Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS Support onboarding (offers, visas, first-day setup) Assist with offboarding processes Respond to employee HR queries Support health insurance and benefits administration Liaise with external vendors Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labour laws Assist with audits and maintain HR documentation Support employee engagement initiatives Help coordinate events, training, and travel
Requirements
Strong willingness to learn High attention to detail Proactive and able to take initiative Strong communication skills Problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
HR experience in the UAE Familiarity with DMCC freezone regulations
