About the Company

The European Payments Initiative (EPI) is building a new, proudly European payment system. With Wero, our digital wallet, we make sending and receiving money simple, seamless and secure across France, Belgium and Germany, with more countries and omnichannel solutions coming soon.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding across multiple countries
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS
  • Prepare and validate variable elements for monthly payroll in collaboration with Finance and external providers
  • Produce regular HR reports and dashboards ensuring data quality
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees on HR-related topics
  • Review and improve HR administrative processes to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Support relocation processes and liaise with external providers for immigration procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and social security across regions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration in an international environment
  • Hands-on experience with payroll coordination and HR data management
  • Experience working across multiple countries (France, Germany, Belgium, NL, or Spain is a plus)
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools and HR reporting
  • Strong organizational mindset with high attention to detail
  • Ability to structure and improve processes in growing organizations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
