HR Operations

Responsibilities

• Execute key HR processes and the Performance Management Cycle
• Monitor HR process effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Leverage HR metrics and people analytics for data-driven insights
• Act as a trusted HR advisor on policies and employment matters
• Manage employee relations cases including grievances and investigations
• Support Emiratization initiatives and talent pipelines
• Partner with Regional Centers of Excellence on Talent Management and L&D
• Support organizational transformation and change management
• Collaborate with People Support Services to ensure efficient HR service delivery

Requirements

• Generalist HR experience in staffing, performance management, and compensation
• In-depth knowledge of progressive HR practices
• Knowledge of UAE labour law
• Experience in complex, multidisciplinary, multi-site organizations
• 5-10 years of experience in the HR domain
• Master's degree in HR preferred
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
