HR Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across different departments
• Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on role requirements and company values
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking systems and recruitment documentation
• Support employer branding initiatives through engaging job postings
• Evaluate and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR recruiting
• Experience recruiting for remote or international teams
• Proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
• Experience conducting candidate screenings and coordinating interviews
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple hiring processes
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
• Availability to work full-time
