Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain HR policies, employee records, contracts, and compliance requirements
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and HR reporting
- Manage HR outsourcing accounts and act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Handle client communications, HR requests, and ongoing follow-ups
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and general HR administration
- Ensure service quality and client satisfaction across all assigned accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or HR outsourcing
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High level of professionalism, organization, and confidentiality
