Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle processes
  • Maintain HR policies, employee records, contracts, and compliance requirements
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and HR reporting
  • Manage HR outsourcing accounts and act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Handle client communications, HR requests, and ongoing follow-ups
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and general HR administration
  • Ensure service quality and client satisfaction across all assigned accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or HR outsourcing
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and confidentiality
