Responsibilities

  • Serve as custodian of employment terms and agreements
  • Draft, tailor and administer all employee lifecycle documents including amendments, letters, and forms
  • Advise on employment legislation and provide guidance on legal interpretations
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including payroll, legal counsel, and trade unions
  • Assist Senior Specialists in managing critical initiatives and supporting HR/financial audits
  • Develop and update global internal documentation pertaining to Contracts Management
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and product development
  • Safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance
  • Experience providing HR support and guidance on employment laws across various jurisdictions
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Aptitude for innovating and optimizing processes through automation
  • Tech-savvy with ability to collaborate asynchronously using tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and fluency
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment
