Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to understand department issues and employee sentiment
• Provide HR guidance on onboarding, performance, promotion, and disciplinary cases
• Provide input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct objective investigations
• Execute and implement people policies for assigned business units
• Maintain knowledge of legal manpower regulations to ensure compliance
• Identify training needs and executive coaching requirements
• Analyze data trends and metrics in partnership with HR COE teams
• Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of people programs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an HRBP or Employee Relations role
• Fluency in both Chinese and English is required
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret and apply applicable laws, guidelines, and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
