Job description

Responsibilities

  • Optimize CRM architecture, including pipelines, properties, workflows, automations, and lifecycle stages
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to improve operational processes and reporting
  • Build and maintain lead scoring, lead routing, and automation workflows
  • Improve CRM data quality, governance, and standardization
  • Create dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, attribution, forecasting, and GTM performance
  • Support inbound, outbound, upsell, and marketing campaign operations inside HubSpot
  • Improve marketing-to-sales handoff processes and lifecycle tracking
  • Reduce manual operational work through automation and process improvements
  • Train and mentor RevOps, Sales, and Marketing teams on HubSpot best practices
  • Recommend scalable GTM and CRM improvements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration or consulting experience
  • Strong experience with Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, automation, reporting, and CRM governance
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams
  • Strong understanding of B2B GTM processes
  • Ability to identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions
  • Strong communication and training skills

  • HubSpot certifications
