Job description

Responsibilities

  • Set up rituals with managers and team members to build relationships of trust
  • Act as the primary HR contact for the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance assessments, and off-boarding
  • Advise people managers on organization design, individual performance, promotions, and compensation
  • Advise employees on learning & development opportunities and career pathing
  • Serve as an internal communication relay to ensure company culture and rules are respected
  • Participate in People team roadmap projects
  • Build and run data analysis and reporting solutions to measure program impact

Requirements

  • Strong experience in a similar HRBP position
  • Experience working in a fast-growing environment
  • Well-rounded experience in onboarding, L&D, legal, and compensation & benefits
  • Ability to create trust and develop relationships at all organizational levels
  • Excellent written and conversational communication skills in both French and English
  • Experience driving performance management in high-growth companies
  • Ability to support stakeholders in organizational design and future needs anticipation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a technology company environment
  • Ability to prioritize business-led actions in an ever-shifting environment
