Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their HR needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on HR services including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
  • Manage HR documentation, contracts, policies, and procedures for clients in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and HR-related issues as required.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all HR practices.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and workshops on HR best practices and updates.
  • Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to clients for informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Client visits as and when required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Consultant, or similar role, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) will be advantageous.
