Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and facilitate conflict resolution
• Assist in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant and effectively communicated
• Support the development and delivery of employee training and development programs
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reporting
• Assist in administering benefits programs and maintaining payroll accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws
• Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP
