Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the talent acquisition process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Assist in training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee development plans.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee files, handling HR-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in decision-making processes related to HR initiatives, providing input and recommendations based on your observations and research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Prior experience in training and development is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in training and development
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
