Human Resources & Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms using existing search criteria
• Send outreach messages and follow-ups to potential candidates
• Review applications, intro videos, portfolios, and basic candidate information
• Screen candidates against role requirements and shortlist suitable fits
• Schedule interviews and conduct first interviews using prepared templates
• Take clear notes from interviews and summarize candidate fit
• Maintain the hiring pipeline in the ATS and hiring tracker
• Communicate candidate status to hiring managers and follow up with candidates
• Support onboarding handoff and keep hiring documents organized

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, HR support, candidate screening, sourcing, or admin work
• Clear written and spoken English
• Confidence speaking with candidates on video calls
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, ATS tools, or ClickUp
• Ability to follow processes consistently and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Proactive mindset with a professional and friendly communication style

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an agency or startup environment
• Experience with remote hiring
• Experience with LinkedIn sourcing or ATS tools
