Responsibilities
- Conduct large-scale outreach to aquaculture producers via email, LinkedIn, phone, and meetings
- Build relationships with production managers, owners, and procurement contacts
- Connect producers with technology and service providers that improve welfare and sustainability
- Secure implemented improvements in farm production practices
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and in trade media
Requirements
- Sales, business development, or policy advocacy experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Resilience and self-motivation
- Fluent professional English
- Willingness to travel occasionally
