Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct large-scale outreach to aquaculture producers via email, LinkedIn, phone, and meetings
  • Build relationships with production managers, owners, and procurement contacts
  • Connect producers with technology and service providers that improve welfare and sustainability
  • Secure implemented improvements in farm production practices
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and in trade media

Requirements

  • Sales, business development, or policy advocacy experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Resilience and self-motivation
  • Fluent professional English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
