Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sales discovery, site surveys, and review MEP drawings/specs for UAE authority compliance
  • Size and select AHU/FAHU/HRV and VRF/DX systems; engineer filtration, energy recovery, EC fans, VFDs, and BMS interlocks
  • Prepare compliant proposals and BOQs, deviations, selections, data sheets, and submittal packages
  • Present solutions and value engineering; negotiate pricing and terms; maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecast
  • Coordinate order handover with engineering, logistics, and service; support FAT/SAT and on-time handover
  • Prepare prequalification and tender documentation aligned with ASHRAE, Eurovent, DEWA, and ADDC

Requirements

  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering HVAC or equivalent
  • 3-5 years HVAC sales or applications experience in UAE or GCC
  • Strong psychrometrics, coil and ESP calculations, and VRF sizing capability
  • Ability to read MEP drawings and produce accurate BOQs
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • MS Office, AutoCAD basics, and CRM proficiency
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Established UAE market contacts and target driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with hygienic AHUs, heat recovery, and cleanroom specifications
  • Knowledge of DCKV and commercial kitchen ventilation systems
  • Familiarity with LEED and Estidama requirements
  • Existing network in the UAE MEP ecosystem and GCC tendering exposure
