HVAC Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create, update, dispatch, and close work orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
• Dispatch technicians to warranty, startup, construction, and emergency work
• Review technician labor, notes, expenses, and documentation prior to billing

Requirements

• 2+ years of dispatching, service coordination, or field service administration experience
• Experience with field service or dispatch platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or SAP)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, mechanical, HVAC, or data center environments
• Understanding of technician scheduling and resource planning
