Responsibilities

• Perform equipment start-up and commissioning of newly installed HVAC systems
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize system life and efficiency
• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment issues such as electrical faults, refrigerant leaks, or airflow imbalances
• Verify that control systems and safety devices are functioning correctly
• Work with project managers and installation teams to resolve post-installation issues
• Document all service and maintenance work performed
• Provide clear communication to customers about system performance and service needs
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, codes, and company procedures

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC service or maintenance experience
• Advanced knowledge of the refrigeration cycle
• Advanced understanding of wiring schematics and troubleshooting
• EPA Type 1 & 2 Refrigerant Certification
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in diverse environments including rooftops and mechanical rooms
