IAM Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Create project plans, budgets, and team forecast/burn rate reports
• Manage Certinia time tracking to ensure projects remain on budget
• Develop standards and templates for project staffing and delivery
• Analyze and document functional and nonfunctional requirements for IAM domains
• Manage multiple workstreams and intervene when project delivery is at risk
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects meet labor and quality standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project/Program Management or Delivery Lead experience in large enterprise environments
• Experience managing IAM programs (IGA, PAM, Access Management) using tools like SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, or Okta
• Experience with consultative and complex technical deployment projects
• Proficiency with SDLC and both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and Certinia
• Ability to create workflows and diagrams using Visio or LucidChart
• Strong technical documentation and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CISSP certification
• Security+ certification
• CSM certification
• PMP certification
• Associate's Degree in Information Technology
